About Recruit Mallorca
Hospitality recruitment rooted in Mallorca
We are a hospitality recruitment agency based in Palma de Mallorca, working with hotels, restaurants and bars across the island and with candidates from Spain, Poland and across Europe.
Our standard
Verified candidate profiles, honest employer briefs.
Every candidate is interviewed and their languages, experience and availability are confirmed before we introduce them. Every employer brief is discussed in detail so the people we place fit the role, the venue and the team.
Our presence
Based on the island, connected across Europe
Our team works directly with hospitality businesses in Mallorca, understanding the seasons, the venues and the local workforce. Candidates reach us from across Spain, Poland and the wider European talent market, giving employers access to a broad and carefully screened pool.
Whether you are a hotel preparing for the season or a candidate looking for your next role on the island, we bring local knowledge and clear communication to every stage.
